Personal | Spring Twenty Fifteen
This spring has been so lovely. We've ventured off to California for a gorgeous private estate wedding. We've laughed plenty, by going to see comedian Brian Regan. We've scored a super cute jumper for Zoe at H&M. We've seen good friends. Had bonfires. And summer hasn't even arrived yet!
Here are some IPHONE shots of these past weeks. Iphone. Iphone. Not professional. :)
Here is my hot husband. Hehe, I made him stand in the light of our kitchen window.
Packing and take off with our sweet little Cohen! Can't believe he is six months old. Madi (my sister-in-law) and I went to California for the wedding I had to shoot. Traveling with photography gear + baby stuff is INSANE. Hard. But doable.
We made it to Santa Barbara! Woohoo! Our gracious and wonderful friends, Josh and Carissa Stutzman, let us stay with them. Here, Cohen is meeting Duhram! Their adorable little 9 month old! They became best buds.
Josh and Carissa, taking a selfie.
Easter Sunday was spent here. It was hard to be away from Clay and Zoe! But we did attend Reality Santa Barbara. An awesome church. The weather is always perfect!
Day after Easter: GIRLS DAY! We hit up In-N-Out and took the babies with us to Malibu! I had a consultation with a bride at a Starbucks there, so we made a day of it! This was Madi's first time at In-N-Out.
On our way out from Malibu, we drove the PCH up to Santa Barbara. We had the awesome pleasure of seeing a whale!! Dolphins too. It was majestic. (I couldn't get a photo of the whale with my iPhone).
After getting back from our trip, we did some yard work. While burning some old leaves and sticks, we made a bonfire of it! Clay's parents live down the road from us and saw our little fire, and decided to swing by with S'more stuff. So, we roasted marshmellows and made an evening of it. Zoe loved it. Here she is with Clay's dad, her Papa.
We had a wonderful date night seeing Brian Regan. He was great.
Last weekends wedding was lovely, here I am, privileged to be capturing this couples day the way I see it. Photo was by my lovely second shooter, Elena Ogle. More about her to come! :)
These two are just too much for my heart. Such happy little people.
This girl... working it. Here is the H&M score! Age three, it's a wild ride.
This is what happens when we skip nap, for fun family activities. <3
Stay lovely, Rachel <3
